Why learn from me?

I'm Justine Montgomery, a product designer with 10 years of experience at companies including Stripe and Preply. I transitioned into design systems with a single case study that helped me land multiple offers, including my dream role.

Over the years, I've interviewed designers, participated in interviewer training, and experienced the hiring process from both sides. That experience taught me how to communicate design work clearly, what makes a case study easy to evaluate, and how to show the thinking behind the work, not just the final output.

My mission is to help designers position themselves for the roles they want next by turning their real work into compelling evidence of how they think, what they can do, and the value they bring.
